Mission Statement:

We service our customer's networking needs so that they don't have to.

Remember the last time you had an issue with you network and ran in circles trying to keep your business above water?  We want you to forget that because you don't have that problem any more. While we can't control every possible problem, we can make sure that your internal network is stable and well installed, and that you don't have to sort through a knot of cables looking for the one that isn't working.  We believe that a problem you are prepared for will not happen, and we build our networks with that in mind.

Small Business Customers

Down to the Wire has been servicing small and medium businesses in the Greater Atlanta Area since 2008.   With several thousand installations under our belts, we know what businesses need and bring that to the table as a matter of appreciating our customer. Each business is different, and we have experience in legal practice, medical, IT and business, graphic arts, printing, food services, data center and call center.  We take the time to get to know the customer, what his expansion plans are, his budget, and his level of knowledge, and we customize our service to the greatest benefit we can for that customer's needs.

IT Service Providers and Property Management

Down to the Wire provides Smart Hands service for IT Service Providers.  Most IT companies have specialists whose job is to handle customer problems and needs quickly and efficiently.  If you take them away from their desks and put them on-site, their efficiency drops significantly requiring you to have more resources to meet those needs that require someone on-site.  We solve that problem for you, as well as do network cabling for your customers.  If you have someone on-site to handle the tasks like resetting a modem, establishing connectivity to the network, changing the settings on a printer, being on-site in case you lose connectivity, or giving you the color of the LEDs, it leaves you to do what you do best.  Sometimes you just need someone there to help the customer know that everything is under control while you perform surgery on their network.
And, we do this under your terms.
